A good diet, for instance, does wonders for the brain. Everybody knows that fish is great for it. Fried sprat, however, doesn't do it any good. Fish is an elixir for the brain, as long as it is not fried. So, if you want a sharp brain, eat roasted salmon, mackerel or tuna. Number 1 enemy of the brain is the white bread.     3. To supply the brain with energy, it needs polysugars. They are contained in rise and dough.
